Iroquois High Student Files Suit Following Attack

(Louisville, KY) - An Iroquois High School student who was allegedly beaten by four other students in a bathroom is suing staff members.

Cameron Skaggs says he was running an errand for a teacher in November when he was attacked, leaving him unconscious and with a broken jaw.

The attorney for Skaggs says it is typical behavior at Iroquois for students alone in bathrooms to be robbed and beaten.

The suit names former Principal Clay Holbrook, Assistant Principal Christopher Collins, Assistant Principal Matt Brown, and a security guard.
