(Louisville, KY) - A Jefferson County Public Schools employee is expected to be arraigned Tuesday after being arrested for allegedly having a gun onto school property.
Jason Smiley was arrested near the VanHoose Education Center after allegedly making threatening statements on social media.
The man apparently had a disagreement with staff and security about filing paperwork.
Smiley allegedly went to his car to get a gun and stood in the parking lot saying he was protesting the district.
