(Louisville, KY) - The Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is confirming two more flu deaths in Louisville, bringing the total to three.
There were 880 cases of flu last week and 886 the week before. During the same time period last year, the weekly average of flu cases was 568.
The health department says the two people who died were senior citizens with one having a pre-existing health condition.
