(Charlotte, NC) - UK quarterback Lynn Bowden says someone broke into his car before the Belk Bowl.
Bowden says the break-in happened at 6 a.m. before the game. He says everything he received in his Belk shopping spree as part of his trip to the bowl game was stolen from the vehicle.
Bowden later tweeted about the theft, saying it gave him "fuel for the game."
He also tweeted at Belk Bowl officials asking for a redo on his shopping trip, and officials responded that they were working on it.
