(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear says teachers didn't break the law during sickouts to protest at the State Capitol over the spring.
Beshear announced Tuesday that his administration was rescinding a decision by former Governor Matt Bevin's labor cabinet.
Bevin's administration had determined in August that more than a thousand teachers had broken state law by participating in sickouts.
