(Louisville, KY) - The controversial One Park development proposal is taking a step forward.
The Louisville Metro Planning Commission unanimously endorsed the $250 million project Thursday.
The development at Grinstead Drive and Lexington Road needs the Metro Council to make a final decision on a zoning change to accommodate the project.
If approved, One Park will have more than 400 residential units, a hotel with 250 rooms, space for business, as well as shopping and restaurants on the ground floor.
