(Junction City, KY) - The family of a woman killed in the Lincoln County pipeline explosion is suing.
The lawsuit claims several types of negligence by Enbridge and other companies in the death of Lisa Derringer.
The suit goes on to claim that Enbridge, Texas Eastern Transmission, and Spectra Energy failed to monitor and inspect the equipment and failed to supervise employees.
