(Frankfort, KY) - A Kentucky pension plan official says the program may have turned a corner financially.
Rich Robben told an oversight committee Monday that the country's worst-funded public pension plan has probably bottomed out.
Robben says the plan has a positive cash-flow for the first time in years. The financial bump is credited to large increases in the amount employers are required to pay to the plan.
