(Manchester, KY) - Vice President Mike Pence says no state has been spared from the opioid crisis.
In a speech in eastern Kentucky Thursday, Pence said help is available for people addicted to opioids.
Pence noted that unprecedented resources are being directed at the national epidemic.
He said opioid prescriptions across the U.S. have been reduced by more than 30-percent.
Pence also argued that the Trump administration has been very tough on drug dealers and the flow of illicit narcotics in the U.S.
