(Lexington, KY) - Funeral arrangements have been finalized for former Kentucky quarterback Jared Lorenzen.
A celebration of his life and a burial service will be held Wednesday afternoon at St. Pius X Church in Edgewood.
The family is asking for donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center for Better Health and Nutrition, and the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation instead of flowers.
Lorenzen died last Wednesday after being hospitalized with an infection, heart and kidney issues. He was 38.
