(Louisville, KY) - A juvenile is OK after an armed man kidnapped him from a Louisville Kroger.
Police say it happened Tuesday at the store on 27th Street and Broadway.
Fabao Chen is accused of holding a gun to the teen's head and then pointing a gun to the crowd that gathered outside a restaurant where he took the victim.
Police haven't released the victim's identity.
Chen has pleaded not guilty to kidnapping a minor and three counts of wanton endangerment.
