(Louisville, KY) - Verbal arguments are scheduled for Thursday afternoon in the ongoing Topgolf controversy.
The golf entertainment venue has been given approval by Metro Council to build a new facility at Oxmoor Center, in the old Sears footprint.
However, neighbors say Topgolf didn't follow procedure when it comes to its application and they don't want spotlights going in next to their neighborhood.
Arguments will be heard Thursday afternoon at 1:30 in Jefferson Circuit Court.
