(Lexington, KY) - Republican Senator Rand Paul says Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe is politically motivated and goes as far back as the Clintons.
The Kentucky lawmaker told ABC's This Week the investigation is an example of why the U.S. should not have special prosecutors.
Sen. Paul pointed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and called it unconstitutional and the root of the problem that Congress should be addressing.
