Indiana State Police Searching For New Suspect In Delphi Murders

DELPHI, Ind. -- Indiana State Police have a new suspect in the killings of two girls.

ISP Superintendent Doug Carter says they are shifting their focus to a new suspect in the murders of 13 year old Abby Williams and 14 year old Libby German in February 2017 in Delphi, Indiana.

Carter says after recovering more video and audio from German's phone, they have released a new suspect sketch and description of the man they believe killed the teens.

ISP says the new suspect is thought to be between 18 and 40 and may look older than he actually is.

Carter says the suspect either lives in Delphi or visits the town often.

Carter made a plea directly to the killer, asking "What will those closest to you think of when they find out you brutally murdered two little girls?"
