Papa John's founder John Schnatter is getting a victory in court.
A judge has ruled Schnatter has a right to corporate records the company has tried keeping from him.
Schnatter sued the company last year to gain access to the records he said he needs to do his job and check on the work of other executives.
Papa John's International Inc. claimed Schnatter only wanted the documents to use for his own interests.
