Alleged Kroger Shooter Pleads Not Guilty To Federal Charges

(Louisville, KY) - The Louisville man accused of killing two black shoppers at the Jeffersontown Kroger is back in court.  

Gregory Bush pleaded not guilty to federal hate crime and weapon charges Monday.

 

Prosecutors say the shootings were racially motivated.  

However, they haven't decided whether to seek the death penalty against Bush.
