(Louisville, KY) - A Louisville Metro Police officer has been indicted for assault.
Officer Lonzo McConico allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old outside the Old Louisville Tavern on South Fourth Street in February.
If convicted, McConico could get a year behind bars and be fined $500.
He has been relieved of his police powers and is on administrative reassignment.
