LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The Topgolf project took another step forward, as the Louisville Metro Council Planning and Zoning Committee approved a request to build a driving range and entertainment complex at Oxmoor Center.
Many Oxmoor neighbors oppose the plan, arguing it will bring too much light, noise and traffic to the area. The only council member voting against the rezoning request was Marilyn Parker, who represents the Oxmoor area.
The full Metro Council will hear the Topgolf proposal on November 29th.
