Louisville, Ky.  --  A UPS driver is off the job after allegedly drinking on the job.

Staff at Middletown Elementary School called police after they say Matthew Caskey smelled of alcohol while making a delivery there yesterday morning.  After being stopped by police, Caskey apparently admitted to drinking half a pint of whiskey.  The arrest report said Caskey had full, partial, and empty bottles with him and had a blood alcohol content of nearly four times the legal limit.
