Grand Jury Indicts Kroger Shooting Suspect

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A grand jury has indicted the man accused of gunning down two people at a Kroger in Jeffersontown.

51-year-old Gregory Bush was indicted on charges of murder, attempted murder and wanton endangerment.     He's accused of killing Maurice Stallard and Vickies Jones at the Kroger last week.

Commonwealth's Attorney Tom Wine says it's too early to decide if he'll pursue the death penalty against Bush.    Wine first wants to consult the victims' families.

Federal prosecutors are considering possible hate crime charges against Bush, who remains in jail on $5 million bond.
