FRANKFORT, Ky. -- Kentucky State Police say they've arrested a heavily armed man in a threat against schools in Shelby and Anderson counties.

20-year-old Dylan Jarrell is facing charges of terroristic threatening and harassing communications.

Police say they found evidence of a "credible and imminent" threat to the schools.  A gun, over 200 rounds of ammunition, a bullet proof vest, a high capacity magazine and a details plan of attack were discovered in Jarrell's possession.

Police say Jarrell was previously questioned by the FBI in May over social media threats to a school in Tennessee.
