(Richmond, KY) - President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell are taking credit for filling the nation's courts with conservative judges.
Trump called McConnell to the stage at a rally Saturday night at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond to take a victory lap for confirming Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.
McConnell said this Senate has already approved a record 84 judges to federal benches.

The President also took credit for the release of North Carolina Pastor Andrew Brunson this week.
Trump's rally was in support of Republican Kentucky congressman Andy Barr's reelection bid in Kentucky's 6th district. Democrat Amy McGrath is considered to be a strong challenger in that race.
