GE Investing $200 Million in Appliance Park

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- GE is investing $200 million and creating 400 new jobs at Appliance Park in Louisville. 

The company says it's expanding its dishwasher and laundry manufacturing facilities.

Appliance Park President and CEO Kevin Nolan made the announcement Monday morning in an event attended by U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, Rep. John Yarmuth, Governor Bevin and Mayor Fischer. 

GE employs about 6,000 people at Appliance park.
