(LOUISVILLE, KY) - The Kentucky Department of Education will meet Wednesday to consider the settlement with JCPS to avoid a state takeover.
JCPS Superintendent Marty Pollio and the chair of the JCPS Board of Education Diane Porter will attend the meeting.
Pollio says he is confident the two sides can agree on a corrective action plan. He said he's already discussed JCPS corrective action plans with KDE officials.
