Eastern Kentucky Man Says Robbers "Stole My Soap"

FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. -- A Floyd County, Kentucky man unexpectedly had a gun pointed at him when he confronted an alleged burglar.

Neighbors called Mason Tackett when they saw his cousin Phillip Hagans carrying items from his house.

Tackett confronted Hagans and things escalated when Hagans pulled a gun on him.

The items Hagans allegedly took are not normally the target of a would-be burglar such as a cheese grater, an empty bottle of cleaner and Tackett's body wash.

Hagans is charged with receiving stolen property and being a convicted felon with a firearm and Tackett says he plans to file additional charges against Hagans.
