LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Developer Chris Thieneman is taking another run at the mayor's office.
Thieneman filed just before the final deadline on Tuesday, taking his second run at the office. In 2010, he ran as a Republican and lost to Hal Heiner in a campaign marked by his admission that he'd bribed a county official to get approval for a trailer park he planned. He has also run for U.S. Congress and the state Senate.
He will be taking on Mayor Greg Fisher, Republican Angela Leet and a handful of other independents, including environmental activist Jackie Green.
