Former Louisville Basketball Players To Sue NCAA Over Vacated 2013 Title

(LOUISVILLE, KY) - They want their title back, and they're suing to get it.   

Some former University of Louisville basketball players will sue the NCAA for taking away the team's 2013 national championship.

Luke Hancock is among the players who announced the lawsuit Wednesday morning along with attorney John Morgan of the Morgan & Morgan law firm.

The NCAA vacated UofL's title for the stripper scandal.

A similar lawsuit against the NCAA was filed by a group of Louisville fans.   

The NCAA called it frivolous and asked a judge to dismiss it.
