LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville Metro Police are adding more training for officers as the department investigates another deadly shooting.
Chief Steve Conrad released body camera video of an incident in which a man who allegedly threw a knife at an officer was fatally shot in a home in the Shawnee neighborhood.
The death of 42-year-old Isaac Jackson is the second police shooting this week and the fifth this year.
Conrad says the department is adding more training for officers on how to "de-escalate" suspects who are armed with edged weapons.
