LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A robbery suspect was killed during a gunbattle with Louisville Police.
It happened Tuesday afternoon in the Portland neighborhood. Officers responded to a store robbery at 29th and St. Xavier street.
Chief Steve Conrad says the officers and a suspect exchanged gunfire. The suspect was hit and later died.
