Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin has released a video statement following comments he made Friday following the legislature's votes to override Bevin's vetoes of the budget and tax bills.
In remarks on the teacher protests on Friday, Bevin "guaranteed" a child had been sexually assaulted due to being out of school without someone to watch them.
