FRANKFORT, Ky. -- A war of words is brewing over a medical marijuana bill in the Kentucky House.
The bill in question is the product of Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes' medical marijuana task force, a body that Governor Bevin has questions about.
Bevin says he has no idea why she's taking on the issue or under what authority she created her task force.-
He says Grimes is "a good person" who is "trying to stay relevant."
Grimes says she has no political reason for taking on the issue that she says Bevin campaigned on to become governor.
