LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The Louisville Bats have a new skipper.
The Cincinnati Reds have named long-time minor league manager Pat Kelly as manager of the Bats for the upcoming season.
Kelly spent the past three seasons as manager of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, the Reds' Double-A affiliate.
Kelly replaces Delino DeShields, who compiled a record of 191-239 as manager of the Bats. It's not yet known where DeShields will land within the Reds organization.
