LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A rare piece of baseball history is up for bids in Louisville this weekend.
A game-used glove that belonged to Brooklyn Dodger legend Jackie Robinson is the marquee item on this weekend's Living Legend Auction at the Louisville Slugger Museum.
Dave Hunt with Hunt Auctions says the glove is being offered by Alan Colon who grew up in Queens, New York and became a friend of Jackie Robinson, Jr.
Hunt says the glove is rare with only a couple of other Robinson gloves hitting auction blocks over the years, calling this one "the finest Robinson glove to have ever come up for auction."
The glove is expected to draw anywhere from $150,000 to $300,000.
