LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A newlywed who was gunned down in Cherokee Triangle was able to return fire and hit one of the suspects.
Louisville Police confirm that 30-year-old Jason Spencer was armed with a gun and returned fire at the suspects.
A 15-year-old boy was shot, and he was later taken into custody in the Park Hill neighborhood. A second suspect remains at large.
The Sunday night shooting killed Spencer, who was walking home with his wife on Everett Avenue.
