LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The Russell neighborhood is the scene of Louisville's most recent murder.
Metro Police say a man in his 20's was found shot at 26th and Eddy streets Monday afternoon. He died at the hospital.
The "shot spotter" technology alerted officers to the shooting. However, police have no suspects in the killing.
The nearby Byck Elementary School delayed dismissal as police investigated the crime.
