LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Former Louisville athletics director Tom Jurich is threatening to sue the school that fired him.
Jurich's attorney, Sheryl Snyder, says they will sue UofL for breach-of-contract if they can't reach a settlement.
Snyder was speaking a day after UofL released the termination letter it sent to Jurich in the wake of the basketball bribery scandal.
The letter from Interim President Greg Postel accused Jurich of dereliction of duties and bullying. Jurich's attorney calls the allegations "not true."
