President Trump is expected to decertify the Iran nuclear deal today.  A presidential speech is set for 12:45 p.m., Eastern time.  Trump has called the Iran accord terrible, horrible and an embarrassment to the U.S.  The U.S. and several other world powers negotiated the Iran deal in 2015.  Iran agreed to curb its nuclear program in return for relief from international sanctions.

Congress will have to decide whether to reimpose sanctions if President Trump decertifies the accord.
