LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A local teacher was arrested after he was accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student.
36-year-old Andrew Campbell is charged with six counts of sodomy and two counts of sexual abuse.
The 17-year-old victim told police that the two had engaged in oral sex at least three times.
Campbell also admitted to fondling the victim at Waterfront Park and in a field near 6th and Hill streets.
The alleged sex acts occurred in Jefferson County while Campbell was the victim's teacher during the 2016-17 school year.
