FRANKFORT, Ky. -- Governor Bevin is guaranteeing a special session, he just doesn't know when.
Governor Bevin says "there is a 100 percent chance" of a special session to handle tax reform in Kentucky.
Bevin says the session will handle "hard decisions" but those are the things people elected him and his team to do.
He says there have been regular meetings between his office and legislative leaders to develop a plan that he says will be handled this year.
Bevin did not say when the special session would be scheduled. When called, the special session will last a minimum of five days at a cost of $60,000 per day.
