LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Deng Adel is coming back to Louisville.
The six foot seven forward from Australia will return to U of L after working out for seven NBA teams and getting their feedback.
Head coach Rick Pitino says Adel is coming back for the right reasons and says he'd like to play in a Final Four before moving on to the NBA as a lottery pick.
Adel played in 33 games last season, starting 30 of them, averaging 12 points a game.
Pitino says the other Cards who entered the draft have good prospects with Donovan Mitchell expected to go in the first round while Pitino sees Mangok Mathiang as a second round pick and believes Jaylen Johnson will start his pro career in the D-League.
