Kentucky's Malik Monk sank a three-pointer with 10 seconds left to tie the game before Maye's go-ahead shot.

Maye scored a career-high 17 points off the bench, and Justin Jackson had 19 to lead the Tar Heels.

Kennedy Meeks finished with seven points, 17 rebounds and four blocks as North Carolina advances to face Oregon in the Final Four on Saturday.
