LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The toddler who was fatally hit by a car in the Shawnee neighborhood yesterday is identified.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office says 3-year-old Michael Harris Jr. died of multiple blunt force trauma after getting hit on West Broadway and Cecil Avenue.
Witnesses say they child ran in front of the SUV. No charges are expected to be filed.
It's still unclear where the parents were during the accident.
