LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Northern Kentucky University professor of Law weighs in on President Trump's Supreme Court Nomination.
Judge Neil Gorsuch, 49, was nominated to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Colorado by George W. Bush. He served as a law clerk to Justices Anthony Kennedy and Byron White.
Ken Katkin, a professor of Law at NKU, says he believes Gorsuch will be a good curative for angry Americans that voted for Trump.
Despite an angry reaction from some democrats, Katkin does not believe they will be able to block Gorsuch's nomination because of the republican majority.
He says it's still too early to tell how Gorsuch's nomination will affect Kentucky.
