(Louisville, KY) - The two candidates vying to be the next mayor of Louisville participated in a forum Tuesday.
Democrat Craig Greenberg and Republican Bill Dieruf shared the stage Tuesday in a discussion hosted by Greater Louisville Inc.
Greenberg pledged to improve the city's police department, create a foundation-funded universal pre-school program and build affordable-housing units. Dieruf touted his 12 years as mayor of Jeffersontown.
The pair discussed city violence, as well as economic development.
