(Benton, KY) - A Kentucky police officer and a suspect are dead following a shooting in Marshall County.
The Calloway County Sheriff's Office Deputy was shot in front of the Marshall County Sheriff's Office Monday. Both the deputy and suspect were pronounced dead at the hospital.
Governor Andy Beshear said the deputy "paid the ultimate sacrifice" while serving the community.
