(Louisville, KY) - The Black Lives Matter activist accused of trying to kill a Louisville mayoral candidate will remain locked up until his federal trial is over.
A district judge filed an order Tuesday in the U.S. District Court Western District of Kentucky saying there's ample evidence of continuing dangerousness by Quintez Brown.
Last month, Brown was federally indicted for allegedly trying to assassinate Craig Greenberg in his Butchertown office on Valentine's Day.
The order also says Brown is a flight risk after he was previously reported missing and later discovered in New York.
