(Frankfort, KY) - COVID-19 cases are on the decline in Kentucky.
Governor Andy Beshear announced over 3,800 new cases of the virus Monrday, along with 29 additional deaths. Health officials say hospitalization rates are down 11 percent from a week ago.
Over 1.2 million Kentuckians have tested positive for the virus, and more than 13,000 have died since the pandemic began.
