(Louisville, KY) - A change is being made to the nine-day closure of the lanes headed west on the Sherman Minton Bridge.
The closure will now run from 3 a.m. on Wednesday, October 27th until 3 a.m. on Friday, November 5th.
The ramp from I-265 west to I-64 west will be closed from 11 p.m. on Sunday night October 24th to 6 a.m. the next day.
The closure will allow crews to add up to 30 years of life to the nearly 60-year-old bridge.
