(Louisville, KY) - Visitation for a murdered Jefferson County Sheriff's deputy is being held Tuesday.
The visitation for 26-year-old Deputy Brandon Shirley is being held at Owen Funeral Home on Dixie Highway from 11 o'clock in the morning until 7 in the evening. Deputy Shirley's funeral will be held Wednesday at noon at Southeast Christian Church on Blankenbaker Parkway.
LMPD says Deputy Shirley was killed in a targeted ambush while he was working an off-duty security job at Rockford Lane Auto Sales in Shively early last Thursday morning.
