(Louisville, KY) - A lawsuit filed by an attorney for Breonna Taylor's family claims there may be more body-camera video from the night she was killed.

The suit filed this week by Sam Aguiar also says Louisville Metro Police Department is withholding records that could prove video exists.

Aguiar claims several officers involved in the deadly raid on Taylor's home in March of last year were issued a type of body camera that would have activated automatically.

He's asking a judge to order LMPD to turn over the information requested under the state's open records law.
